Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair desktop and laptop computers
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Install and configure operating systems, software, and peripherals
• Perform virus removal and system optimization
• Provide excellent customer service and technical support
• Document repairs and maintain accurate service records

Qualifications:

• Experience repairing computers and related technology
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems and common hardware components
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
