CNC Programmer

Express Employment Professionals has partnered with a company in Forney to fill a CNC Programmer position!

• Develop and optimize CNC programs for 2D and 3D laser cutting and machining using Bystronic and Arcsoft CNC systems.

• Interpret technical drawings, CAD models, and specifications to create accurate tool paths and machining instructions.

• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure designs meet customer requirements and manufacturing capabilities.

• Perform setup, calibration, and troubleshooting of Bystronic and Arcsoft CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.

• Conduct quality checks on machined parts to verify adherence to tolerances and specifications.

• Support rapid prototyping and expedited production runs, including 24-hour turnaround projects when required.

• Maintain and update programming documentation, including setup sheets and tool lists.

• Assist in training machine operators on program execution and best practices.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve production processes.
