CNC Operator III | Weekend Shift

Pay: Based on experience (DOE) Schedule: Friday–Sunday, 5:00 AM–5:30 PM

Looking for a long-term opportunity that gives you more time outside of work? We’re hiring an experienced CNC Operator III to operate and set up a vertical 5-axis mill, producing precision parts to exact specifications. Enjoy a unique 3-day workweek with a full four days off each week!

Duties

• Set up and operate a vertical 5-axis CNC mill to produce flat and formed parts to precise inch and metric specifications.

• Load programs, tools, and fixtures, and set tool offsets to prepare the machine for production.

• Read, edit, and run G-code and M-code programs directly at the machine.

• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools and verify they meet drawing specifications.

• Deburr machined parts and maintain quality standards throughout production.

• Serve as a resource for tooling and machining questions and provide input on new tooling and processes.

• Collaborate with engineering, document drawing changes, and report programming issues, material shortages, or other production concerns.
