Schedule:

Approximately 20 Hours Per Week Flexible Schedule Weekend availability welcomed Some on-call flexibility may be required

Position Details:

Position Type: Evaluation-to-Hire Location: Whatcom County, WA Pay: $25.00/HR

What You'll Do

• Operate CNC and automated manufacturing equipment
• Load materials into machines and monitor production processes
• Make machine adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency
• Perform lathe operations and machining tasks
• Complete tapping and secondary manufacturing processes
• Operate chop saws and other production equipment
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
• Support general production and manufacturing operations

What We're Looking For

• Previous CNC machine operation experience
• Lathe operation experience
• Tapping experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities
• Millwright experience preferred
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Honest, dependable, and self-motivated
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to learn and apply technical skills effectively
• Ability to work safely and efficiently in a production environment
