CNC Operator – 2nd Shift

Schedule: 2nd Shift | 3:30 PM – 1:00 AM Job Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a 2nd Shift CNC Operator for a stable, established company. CNC experience is preferred but not required. Candidates with a background in manufacturing, production, or machine operation are encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machinery to produce parts according to specifications.

• Assist with machine setup, adjustments, and basic programming as needed.

• Use calipers and other measuring tools to inspect finished products.

• Monitor equipment and finished products for quality and accuracy.

• Follow established safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Qualifications

• Previous CNC machining or machine operating experience preferred but not required.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.

• Ability to use hand tools and measuring equipment.

• Willingness to learn CNC operations and programming.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

• Dependable with good attendance.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

• Frequent bending and light lifting.
