CNC Operator

Our client is a well-established metal finishing and industrial plating company serving the automotive and manufacturing industries since 1985. They specialize in providing high-quality coatings and finishing services that improve wear resistance, corrosion resistance, lubricity, and durability of metal components.

Job Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload metal components into CNC machine vises and fixtures
• Operate CNC production equipment following established work instructions
• Perform repetitive machining operations efficiently and accurately
• Measure parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Conduct quality inspections between production runs
• Maintain production and quality documentation
• Prepare parts for plating and metal finishing processes
• Follow all safety and quality standards in a manufacturing environment
• Work independently with minimal supervision

Qualifications

• Previous CNC machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to read and use basic measuring instruments
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to remain focused and productive throughout the shift
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions

Schedule

• Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Occasional Saturday overtime available (approximately until noon)
• Some Mondays may end early at 3:30 PM
