Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Okuma Lathe Machine Operator to join a growing manufacturing team in Chickasha, OK. The ideal candidate will have experience operating Okuma CNC lathes, reading blueprints, and producing high-quality precision parts in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Okuma CNC lathe machines
• Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
• Perform tool changes, offsets, and machine adjustments
• Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Monitor production and maintain quality standards
• Troubleshoot machine issues and report maintenance needs
• Follow company safety and production procedures

Qualifications

• Okuma lathe operating experience preferred
• CNC machining experience required
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Experience using precision measuring instruments
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Dependable with a strong work ethic
• High school diploma or GED preferred
