Job Overview We are hiring a dependable Cleaner to support daily sanitation and cleaning operations in a food production environment. This position is responsible for cleaning grow trays, hydroponic floats, equipment, and work areas while following food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards. Ideal candidates will have strong attention to detail, a reliable work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Hours: Roughly 6a-3:30p M-F

Pay: $18 + opportunities for advancements

Location: Medina, Ohio

Key Responsibilities

· Clean and sanitize grow trays, hydroponic floats, and production equipment.

· Remove waste materials and dispose of them properly and promptly.

· Set up and tear down cleaning stations according to standard operating procedures.

· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

· Operate cleaning equipment safely and correctly.

· Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.

· Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines.

Qualifications

· Reliable, trustworthy, and punctual.

· Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

· Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency.

· Must be at least 18 years of age.
