Claims Analyst!

Pay:

• $16/hour

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday
• 8:00a.m. - 5:00p.m.

Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Code and enter all incoming charge back
• Enter a reason code, status, purchase order and comment for each charge back within 24 hours
• Correspond by email, fax, letter and phone to recover unauthorized deductions
• Make adjustments to the Accounts Receivable module for credits, unapplied cash and deductions as needed

Skills required:

• Ability to communicate well with customers and co-workers
• Organizational skills
• Basic understanding of Accounts Receivable procedures
• Computer skills, Excel knowledge
• Ability to remain focused on repetitive work
