Circuit Board Assembler

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Soldering & Circuit Board Assembler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of hands-on experience in soldering, wiring, and working with electronic components and printed circuit boards (PCBs). This position requires precision, a steady hand, and the ability to follow technical instructions and quality standards. Responsibilities: - Perform hand soldering of electronic components on circuit boards following IPC standards. - Inspect and test completed boards to ensure quality and functionality. - Assemble, repair, and rework circuit boards and electronic assemblies as needed. - Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions. - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. - Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
