CDL Driver

Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for a CDL Driver / Heavy Equipment Operator position for a Tyler, TX area company! We are a full-service staffing firm working with companies in East Texas offering full-time, part-time, and temporary opportunities. While we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!

In this role, you will:

• Operate CDL trucks, including dump trucks, water trucks, flatbeds, roll-off trucks, and similar vehicles.

• Safely load, haul, and dump materials between jobsites and staging areas.

• Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, skid steers, loaders, and backhoes as needed.

• Assist with general labor duties, including shoveling and other jobsite tasks when not operating equipment.

• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.

• Follow all DOT regulations, company policies, and jobsite safety procedures.

We like to hear from candidates with the following:

• Valid CDL with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).

• Experience driving commercial trucks and operating heavy equipment.

• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety requirements.

• Willingness to perform physical labor when not driving.

• Dependability, strong work ethic, and ability to work independently or with a team.
