Brake Press Operator

Press Brake Operator – Conway, AR

Manufacturing company in Conway is seeking an experienced Press Brake Operator. Minimum pay is $17/hour, depending on experience. Day and night shifts are available. At least 2 years of experience preferred. Must be able to read and interpret blueprints and pass a drug screening.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate equipment for shearing, punching, bending, assembly, and welding.
• Read blueprints and follow job/routing instructions.
• Perform quality inspections using precision measuring tools.
• Load, maintain, and change tooling, fixtures, and jigs.
• Handle, package, and move materials as needed.
• Complete production and quality documentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Meet established production, quality, and efficiency standards.
• Demonstrate reliability, teamwork, flexibility, and strong attention to detail.
• Lift up to 50+ lbs.
