Pay: $17.00 - $19.50 Schedule: 1st Shift, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Overtime: Occasional overtime required

Job Description

We are seeking a dependable Production Associate to work at the bonding station in a manufacturing environment. This position involves applying bonding adhesive to metal door skins and preparing materials for the door assembly process. The associate will also use sanding equipment to prepare surfaces and ensure parts are ready to move to the next stage of production.

Responsibilities

• Apply bonding adhesive to door skins to prepare materials for assembly.

• Use sanding equipment to smooth and prepare surfaces before assembly.

• Prepare door components for the production assembly line.

• Ensure materials are properly prepared and ready for the next production station.

• Follow established safety procedures and production guidelines.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Assist with additional production duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Good attention to detail to ensure proper surface preparation and adhesive application.

• Willingness to learn and operate sanding equipment safely.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

• Flexibility to work occasional overtime.
