Beverage Department Greeter / Stock Associate

Pay: $16.00 per Hour Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time Hours of Operation: Shifts available between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM

Position Summary

We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer focused Beverage Department Greeter / Stock Associate to join our team. This position plays an important role in creating a positive shopping experience by welcoming customers, maintaining a clean and organized beverage department, stocking merchandise, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, takes pride in keeping shelves full and the department clean, and works well as part of a team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
• Assist customers in locating products and answering questions.
• Provide recommendations and information on beverage products.
• Help create a positive shopping experience for every customer.
• Address customer concerns and notify management of issues when necessary.

Cleaning & Maintenance

• Keep aisles, coolers, shelves, and work areas clean and organized.
• Sweep, mop, dust, and remove trash as needed.
• Clean spills promptly and safely.
• Follow all store safety and sanitation procedures.

Teamwork

• Work cooperatively with managers and fellow team members.
• Assist other departments when needed.
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude.
• Support store goals and contribute to a productive work environment.

Qualifications

• Friendly and outgoing personality.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and stock products.
• Previous retail, grocery, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
