Assembly/Production Line Worker

Responsibilities:

• Assemble components and products used in the energy industry

• Operate basic hand tools, power tools, and production equipment

• Follow work instructions, production specifications, and assembly procedures

• Inspect assembled products to ensure quality and accuracy

• Assist with material handling, packaging, and preparation of finished products

• Maintain production efficiency while meeting daily goals

• Identify and report defective materials or equipment issues

• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth production operations

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards

Qualifications:

• Previous assembly, manufacturing, or production experience preferred

• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

• Experience using hand and power tools is a plus

• Ability to follow detailed instructions and production procedures

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment

• Excellent teamwork and communication skills

• Dependable with a strong work ethic and excellent attendance

• Safety-minded with a willingness to learn new skills
