Assembly/Production

Long-Term Production Positions – Bates City, MO

We are filling several long-term production positions for a client in Bates City, including:

• Assembly

• Machine Operator

• Fabrication Shop

Schedule:

• Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM

• Friday and Saturday overtime may be required depending on workload

Pay: Starting pay is based on position and experience, with most production positions starting around $15–$17/hour.

Requirements:

• Previous factory or warehouse experience is preferred and may be required depending on the position

• Candidates without previous manufacturing experience must have a strong, reliable work history

• Must be able to work an early first-shift schedule

• Must be physically capable of performing the duties of the position

Assembly is the most entry-level opportunity and requires the ability to lift approximately 40 lbs. regularly throughout the shift.
