Assembly (A902)

We have an opening for an Assembly position working at a distribution center located in Spruce Pine, AL, specializing in consumer technology accessories, mobile mounts, and car audio hardware. This is an evaluation-to-hire opportunity with potential for full-time placement.

Skills/Qualifications

Previous warehouse or assembly experience is a plus but not required.

Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining focus and accuracy.

Must be physically capable of standing, walking, and performing manual labor for extended periods.

Must be capable of working an entire work week on a consistent basis.

Ability to lift over 30 lb. unassisted.

Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.

Duties/Responsibilities

Picking products for orders.

Packing and preparing items for shipment.

Assembly of products and other tasks as assigned.

Maintain high attention to detail and perform basic math functions in all tasks.

Contribute to and participate in a team environment, with an expectation of active involvement.

Demonstrate a strong commitment to working 40 hours per week, with minimal distractions or absences due to personal issues.

Consistently lift over 30 lb. and push over 100 lb. on a cart, as the role requires continuous movement across large areas of the Distribution Center.

Adhere to the daily break schedule: (1) 30-minute lunch break and (2) 15-minute breaks during an 8-hour shift.
