Multiple Openings | Tualatin Area | $18.00–$22.50 per hour

A few of our clients in the Tualatin area are looking to add Assembly Team Members to their teams! With multiple openings and pay ranging from $18.00–$22.50 per hour, there may be an opportunity that fits your skills and schedule.

If you enjoy hands-on work, working with tools and equipment, and taking pride in putting together quality products, we'd love to connect with you! Depending on the position, you'll help assemble components, operate production equipment, inspect parts, and keep production moving safely and efficiently.

Multiple shift options are available for day and swing shifts. Duties, schedules, and pay may vary by position, so give us a call to learn more about the available opportunities!

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assemble components and finished products according to work instructions and production requirements.

• Install hardware, fasteners, pivot nuts, handles, and other components as needed.

• Use hand tools, power tools, and designated equipment to complete assembly tasks.

• Operate assigned machinery safely and follow established operating procedures.

• Perform tasks such as sanding, grinding, drilling, or installing components, depending on the position.

• Inspect parts and finished products for quality, accuracy, and defects.

• Identify and report production concerns, damaged components, or equipment issues.

• Follow written instructions, safety procedures, and proper use of protective equipment.

• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and help keep tools and equipment in good working condition.

• Work with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and maintain quality standards.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• At least 1 year of assembly or manufacturing experience is preferred or required, depending on the position.

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and established procedures.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work.

• Comfortable performing hands-on, repetitive tasks in a manufacturing or production environment.

• Ability to use basic hand tools and learn to operate assigned tools, machinery, or equipment.

• Ability to recognize and communicate basic quality concerns, defects, or equipment issues.

• Understanding of workplace safety practices and the importance of following safety procedures.

• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and understand workplace instructions in English.

• Dependable, team-oriented, and willing to learn new tasks and processes.

Pay & Schedule

Pay: $18.00–$22.50 per hour, depending on the position and shift.

Schedule:

• Day:
• Monday - Thursday 5AM - 3:30PM
• Monday - Thursday 6AM - 4:30PM
• Monday - Friday 7AM - 4:30PM
• Swing:
• Monday - Thursday 4PM - 2:30AM
• Monday - Thursday 5PM - 3:30AM
