Job details

Hours: Monday - Thursday, 5:00am-3:30pm, may be some OT on Fridays

Pay: $19.00/HR

Assemble generators and related components according to work instructions and specifications.
Perform fit and function testing to ensure products operate properly and meet quality standards.
Use basic hand tools to complete assembly and testing tasks.
Inspect assembled products for quality, accuracy, and workmanship.
Assist with light office setup and equipment installation tasks as needed.
Follow assembly procedures, drawings, and production instructions.
Identify and report defects, missing parts, or quality concerns.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet production schedules and deadlines.
Follow all company safety policies and quality standards.

Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, or mechanical experience preferred.
Experience using basic hand tools such as screwdrivers, wrenches, drills, and power tools.
Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn assembly processes.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required.
