Administrative Support

We are looking for an individual to be a dedicated team member and provide exceptional administrative support!

Schedule & Pay:

• $20-28/hr DOE
• Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

Job Duties:

• Verifying inventory counts

• Helping with projects, and just jumping in wherever needed

• Looking for someone who can learn quickly and jump in with a great attitude.

• There is growth available! Our client is looking for someone who can move up and work alongside him.

Here's What Makes You an Ideal Candidate:

• EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS - both over the phone (telephone etiquette), and in-person. Strong email writing skills
• "Unflappable" - able to remain calm and helpful
• Professional in appearance and attitude - whether at a professional reception desk, or in a more casual setting
• Experience with MS Office suite (Word, Outlook, etc.); basic typing/data entry skills.
• Data entry skills a plus
• Dependable & punctual
• Background check required; drug free workplace
