Accounts Payable Specialist

Location: Naples, FL Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM Pay: $20–$22 per hour, based on experience

Express Employment Professionals is recruiting an Accounts Payable Specialist for a family-owned fencing company in Naples. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented accounting professional to join a welcoming team with a positive office culture.

Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and enter vendor invoices accurately.

• Match invoices to purchase orders and supporting documentation.

• Prepare payments and ensure invoices are paid on time.

• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve billing discrepancies.

• Communicate with vendors regarding invoices, payments, and account questions.

• Maintain organized accounts payable records and files.

• Assist with general accounting and administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous accounts payable or related accounting experience.

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

• Professional communication skills and a dependable work ethic.

• Construction industry experience is a plus.

• Must successfully complete a background check and drug screening.
