A Shelbyville company is hiring a set-up/mold technician to their growing team.

Pay & Benefits:

• $25.78 an hour

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday 3pm – 11pm
• Some overtime required.

Job Duties & Requirements:

• Technician will perform equipment changeovers and confirm molding conditions.
• Identify abnormal defects and follow reaction plan.
• Perform tool cleaning as required.
• Troubleshoot press set-ups.
• Confirm 1st cycle quality checks, new set-up quality checks, and accept responsibility to produce best quality possible.
• Must have mechanical ability, knowledge, and trouble shooting skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 70lbs.
• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Must have good interpersonal and communication skills.
