Pay Rate $18.00 per hour

Schedule Monday - Friday

Hours 10:15 AM to end-of-day (finish time will vary based on workload)

Classification Non-Exempt

Reports To Warehouse Supervisor

About the Role

As a Warehouse Associate I, you will be essential in supporting all daily warehousing activities. Your main responsibilities will involve picking and/or receiving processes to ensure smooth and accurate inventory flow.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup (including loading, packing, wrapping, labeling, and shipping).

• Receive and process stock products (including unloading, labeling, and proper storage).

• Operate and perform preventative maintenance on warehouse vehicles and equipment.

• Communicate and cooperate effectively with supervisors and coworkers.

• Follow quality service standards and comply with all procedures, rules, and regulations.

• Perform other associated duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

• Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods.

• Good organization and time management skills.

• Must be able to read and write in English as it pertains to job and safety requirements.

• Forklift operation

Nice to Have

• Experience with RF scanning is a plus.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Physical Demands (Must Be Able To)

• Stand for long periods of time.

• Safely operate warehouse equipment and climb a ladder periodically.

• Stand, walk, lift, climb, bend, stoop, kneel, and crouch.

• Regularly lift and/or move objects weighing 10-50 lbs.

• Possess specific vision abilities (close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust and focus).
