You must be ready to read drawings, define scope, build project costs, and communicate confidently with clients and production teams. What You’ll Own
- Client relationships: Understand project goals, budgets, and deadlines; set clear expectations; provide proactive updates; and follow through on proposals, approvals, and open decisions.

- Project coordination: Deliver complete handoffs and work closely with Sales, Design, Project Management, Production, Installation, and Accounting to keep commitments on track.
- Commercial results: Follow approved pricing and margin requirements, secure change approvals, maintain accurate records, and review estimated versus actual costs.
What You Bring
- At least three years of relevant industry experience, including direct responsibility for estimating and client or project communication.
- Proven ability to turn drawings, specifications, material quantities, labor requirements, and vendor pricing into reliable estimates.
- Practical knowledge of fabrication methods, materials, production schedules, and installation requirements.
- Strong commercial judgment, organization, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple custom projects, meet deadlines, and address risks early.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using estimating, CRM, or project management systems.
