Job Description

What you will be doing:

• Work as part of an interdisciplinary team on landscape architecture and planning projects.
• Incorporate planning and architecture into landscape design deliverables.
• Manage all aspects of landscape design and construction drawing set production across a range of project scales.
• Support master planning documentation through detailed site design.
• Demonstrate the ability to manage and coordinate the efforts of others effectively.
• Maintain relationships with clients.
• Organize workflow and structure proposals and fees.
• Lead a team.

Experience you will need:

• 6–10 years of work experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture, or a related field.
• Florida licensure in Landscape Architecture is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills for a collaborative, interdisciplinary design team environment.
• Ability to work across a variety of project scales, from planning to detail design.
• Knowledge of plants and ecology.
• Technical expertise in AutoCAD.
• Working experience in other 3D modeling software, including Revit, Rhino, and SketchUp.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and In-Design.
• Good hand graphics and writing skills.
• Experience managing and coordinating internal project teams and consultant teams.
