Job Title:Technical PM, Web Services Location: Remote What's the Job?

  • Own and actively drive delivery of Web Services initiatives, managing schedules, dependencies, risks, resources, priorities, and corrective actions.
  • Translate business and technical requests into clear, executable requirements while maintaining supporting project and process documentation.
  • Use sufficient web technology knowledge to collaborate effectively with developers and architects (without needing to be a hands-on developer).
  • Proactively identify risks and dependencies, understand critical paths and resource constraints, and take corrective action when delivery starts slipping.
  • Drive stakeholder alignment through direct communication - challenging issues when facts don’t support assumptions and pushing resolution. What's Needed?
  • PM maturity demonstrated by recovering troubled projects and driving corrective action to restore delivery momentum.
  • Technical fluency to intelligently discuss web/application requests with engineers and technical stakeholders.
  • Strong requirements and documentation capability - turning ambiguous requests into clear deliverables developers can execute.
  • Delivery ownership mindset that drives risks, dependencies, priorities, and decisions (not just coordinating meetings or reporting status).
  • Comfort operating across business/customer request, technical understanding, requirements/documentation, development team collaboration, and delivery execution. What's in it for me?
  • Opportunity to lead Web Services delivery end-to-end with real ownership of schedules, dependencies, and corrective actions.
  • Chance to partner directly with marketing/business customers and technical teams to align priorities and drive outcomes.
  • Work in a technical environment spanning Drupal, Sitecore, Figma, integrations, JIRA, AWS, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, OneTrust, and MarkMonitor.
  • Build and maintain process documentation that supports business processes and long-term delivery clarity.
  • Make an impact by challenging assumptions, protecting critical paths, and ensuring delivery stays on track.
