Copilot Studio Agent Engineer Remote We are seeking a Copilot Studio Agent Engineer to build and support enterprise automation solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, ServiceNow, and the Microsoft ecosystem. This role will focus on designing intelligent agents, integrating business systems, and delivering secure, scalable workflows that improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Copilot Studio agents and automated workflows.
• Integrate Copilot Studio with ServiceNow and other enterprise platforms.
• Build and support API-based integrations and authentication solutions.
• Implement governance, security, and compliance controls.
• Support deployments across development, testing, and production environments.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize agent performance and reliability.

Qualifications:

• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or workflow automation technologies.
• Experience integrating applications using REST APIs and OAuth.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow integrations and automation workflows.
• Understanding of enterprise governance, security, and compliance practices.
• Strong troubleshooting and collaboration skills.
