This role will handle day-to-day analytical and reporting requests, freeing up senior team members to focus on higher-level work like retention analysis, customer lifetime value, and cross-sell modeling.

Responsibilities

  • Field and resolve inbound data requests (ticket-based), including data prep, validation, and cleanup
  • Support standardization of existing code and reporting into a shared, organized repository
  • Assist in building and maintaining Power BI dashboards for key business lines
  • Support white space analysis and lead enrichment using third-party data sources
  • Work across Snowflake and Microsoft Fabric environments as the team's data stack evolves
  • Help transition legacy Excel-based reporting processes into more scalable, automated workflows Required Skills
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a data analyst or similar role
  • Working proficiency in SQL and Python
  • Experience with Power BI and Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data cleanup)
  • Comfortable working with large datasets and cross-functional stakeholders Preferred Skills
  • Exposure to Snowflake and/or Microsoft Fabric
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics or another CRM platform
  • Experience supporting a sales or go-to-market function
  • Background in process automation (Power Automate, VBA, or similar) What Success Looks Like The right candidate is someone who can take ownership of routine data requests and reporting needs with minimal oversight, allowing senior analysts and data scientists to focus on strategic, higher-value analysis.
