AI Software Engineer

As an AI Software Engineer, you’ll work side-by-side with engineers to understand real workflows, identify high-impact use cases, and deploy Devin/Windsurf into production environments. You’ll lead demos and pilots, support integrations, and drive adoption of the Cognition platform from the inside out - moving quickly, staying proactive, and taking ownership of outcomes. • Own technical aspects of the customer lifecycle - from deployment through activation - so customers successfully use Devin.
• Partner with customers to understand technical challenges and identify the best use cases where Devin can deliver measurable productivity.
• Build strong relationships with customer engineering teams to ensure smooth product integration and adoption, activating top users and driving utilization.
• Listen to customer feedback and advocate for customer needs by implementing requested features and aligning with the broader team.
• Use product instincts to help shape the roadmap by acting as a “customer oracle” and translating real-world learnings into actionable direction. What's Needed?
• Strong engineering foundation developed in a rigorous technical environment.
• Demonstrated track record of exceptional performance in academic, professional, entrepreneurial, or other high-performance settings.
• Self-directed approach - able to prioritize and drive next steps without needing constant direction.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with senior engineers and executives.
