Company: EXLService.com, LLC Location: New York, NY Position Title: Project ManagerJob Description:Derive business and data requirements of various business stakeholders and create data tables, pivots, visualizations for in-depth descriptive analysis. Define project deliverables, milestones, success metrics, and technical standards (data sources, modeling approach, validation), ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery. Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models including regression, classification, clustering, and time-series forecasting using analytics tools and techniques like SQL, Python, AI, ML, etc. to address various business problems. Lead data preprocessing, feature engineering, validation, and quality assurance to ensure accuracy and reliability of analytical outputs. Develop automated reporting solutions, interactive dashboards, and KPI monitoring tools using Looker, Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization platforms and communicate insights that drive measurable outcomes. Develop comprehensive email and notifications marketing plans that align with business goals, while also driving engagement, conversion rates, and customer retention. Own end-to-end project execution from problem definition through solution delivery, overseeing data pipelines, modeling logic, dashboard development, accuracy, and stakeholder readiness. Optimize database performance, write complex SQL queries, and improve query efficiency for large datasets. Deploy machine learning models into production environments using cloud infrastructure (GCP) and implement monitoring for model performance and drift. Support deployment, enhancement, and ongoing maintenance of BI solutions in client environments. Review analytical outputs for accuracy, performance, and business relevance, ensuring adherence to data quality, governance, and other established best practices. Document technical methodologies, transformation logic, model assumptions, validation procedures, and reporting definitions. Contribute to business development by shaping technical approaches, estimating effort, defining analytics roadmaps, and supporting account growth. Hire, train, and mentor high-performing analytics resources, building technical capability aligned with client needs and long-term scalability. Position may work at various and unanticipated worksites throughout the United States.
