Fully Remote | Long-term Contractor | Min 15 hrs/week, full-time possible | $4 to $20 USD/hour based on experience + up to $500 bonus per image

About Us

We sell unique, personalized jewelry, gifts and travel products online. Your work is judged on one thing: does the ad sell. Your ads run for real products with real ad spend behind them. Many of our team members have been with us 2+ years.

Pay

• Base: $4 to $20 USD/hour, based on your experience ($700 to $3,500/month full-time)
• Bonuses: up to $500 per image, based on ad spend
• Growth path: everyone can grow to $20/hour. We review your rate after 4 to 6 weeks and raise it as your ads win, with bonuses on top. Top performers can also move up to help lead other designers.

What You’ll Do

• Design static image ads for Meta in many styles: offer images, headline ads, gifting and lifestyle scenes
• Build every ad in Figma in the sizes we need: 1:1, 4:5 and 9:16
• Take a reference ad and rebuild its structure for our products
• Make new versions of winning ads: new hooks, headlines and products, same layout
• Use AI tools to create product scenes that look real
• Add headlines and text yourself so they feel like part of the image
• Share a quick daily update with the team

Who This Is For

• You’ve designed ads, product images or social posts (show us the ads)
• Must be comfortable in Figma, which is where you’ll build every ad.
• Strong typography: most of our ads have text, so layout and font choices matter
• A good eye for detail, so products look like the real thing, and good written English

Nice to Have

• Higgsfield or other AI image tools (we'll train you)
• Photoshop basics: clean cutouts and simple retouching
• Experience with brand guidelines or ads for online stores

Working Style

• Engagement: Independent contractor, paid in USD
• Location: 100% remote, set your own hours
• Hours: Minimum 15 hrs/week, more if you want (full-time possible)
