SAP Cloud Project Manager

We are currently seeking a Project Manager to lead SAP Cloud ERP implementations from the first workshop to a stable run, using SAP Activate and SAP Cloud ALM as the working backbone.

Who We Are Looking For

• Owning scope, schedule, budget, risks, and quality across SAP Cloud ERP projects.
• Running projects on SAP Activate, from Discover through Run, and tailoring the roadmap to each customer.
• Setting up and managing projects in SAP Cloud ALM: tasks, deliverables, requirements, test management, and issue tracking.
• Using Cloud ALM data for status reporting, so steering committees see one reliable picture.
• Managing fit-to-standard, sprint or iteration planning, and quality gates between phases.
• Leading the delivery team: consultants, technical specialists, and customer key users.
• Managing change requests, dependencies, and third parties without letting standard drift.
• Preparing cutover and hypercare, and handing over a run-ready operation.
• Reporting honestly to executive sponsors, including when a date is at risk.

What You Bring

• 7+ years managing SAP implementations, with at least 3 on SAP Cloud ERP or S/4HANA.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Activate and SAP Cloud ALM.
• Track record of delivering on time and on budget in complex, multi-stakeholder programs.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or SAP Activate certification is a plus.
• Comfort with agile and hybrid delivery.
• Plain, direct communication with executives and delivery teams.
