THE ROLE

As an AI Enablement Engineer in Everpure’s Digital Transformation Group (DTG), you will spearhead the journey from generative AI experimentation to enterprise-scale business impact. You will partner directly with cross-functional teams in Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Legal, and Go-to-Market/Customer Experience to design, integrate, and launch high-impact AI capabilities into everyday operations. Embedded within the Enterprise Architecture team, you will establish emergent architectural standards and ensure all technical solutions align seamlessly with enterprise guidelines.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Operationalize AI into Production: Partner with business teams across Finance, HR, Legal, Supply Chain, and GTM/CX to move AI-assisted applications from early prototypes to secure, dependable, enterprise-ready production services.
• Establish Emergent Architectural Standards: Working with engineering teams, co-create technical guidelines, checklists, and guardrails for copilots and agentic workflows, ensuring rapid innovation without sacrificing data security or regulatory compliance.
• Integrate & Scale the AI Ecosystem: Accelerate company-wide capability by connecting frontier models and tools (such as Claude, Gemini, Glean, and AWS Bedrock) with Everpure's native SaaS and ERP business systems.
• Implement Resilient AI Governance: Design and maintain rigorous evaluation, prompt optimization, and monitoring frameworks that ensure enterprise copilots and autonomous agents operate reliably, transparently, and effectively at scale.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Production AI Engineering: Proven technical experience designing, delivering, and supporting AI applications and automated workflows in an enterprise production environment.
• Generative AI & LLM Systems Fluency: Strong practical mastery of modern AI engineering patterns, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), agentic workflows, prompt engineering, and automated model guardrails.
• Enterprise Platform & Systems Integration: Hands-on experience integrating cloud-based foundation models, AI developer toolchains, and enterprise SaaS/ERP platforms into cohesive business solutions specifically supporting at least one corporate function like Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Legal, or GTM/CX.
• Cross-Functional Technical Leadership: Demonstrated capability to guide both technical and non-technical stakeholders through complex technical concepts, aligning architecture with strategic business outcomes.
• Location Expectation: We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara office in compliance with Everpure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.

Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.

This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.

The annual base salary range is:

$140,000 - $210,000 USD
