Schedule: On-call, as-needed event shifts (evenings, weekends, and holidays); no fixed weekly schedule

About the Role

Everpark is hiring on-call Event Valet Runners to support guest parking and valet operations at special

events across Los Angeles, including stadiums, museums, and other event venues. This role is a great fit

for candidates who already have another part-time job, school, or other commitments and want to pick

up flexible, paid work whenever they are available.

How On-Call Shifts Work

• Event shifts are offered through our scheduling app or by text, with the venue, report time, and

estimated end time.

• You choose which shifts to accept. Declining a shift will not count against you.
• There is no requirement to call in or stay on standby for shifts you have not accepted.
• You are paid from your report time through release, including check-in, security screening, briefings,

and required staff shuttles.

Pay and Tips

• $19.00 to $20.00 per hour, based on experience, plus pooled tips shared among valet staff who

work each event.

• Tips are paid on top of your hourly wage. Credit card tips are paid in full on your paycheck.
• Overtime, meal and rest breaks, and paid sick leave are provided as required by California and City

of Los Angeles law.

• Uniforms are provided at no cost.

What You Will Do

• Safely park, stage, and retrieve guest vehicles, including luxury, hybrid, and electric vehicles.
• Greet guests, document vehicle condition, and manage keys and tickets.
• Keep vehicles and guests moving safely during busy arrival and departure periods.
• Follow venue safety, security, and traffic procedures and report any incidents to a supervisor.

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For

• Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record (driving is an essential part of this job).
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles safely.
• At least 18 years old.
• Friendly, professional customer-service skills and the ability to stay calm in busy settings.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move at a brisk pace for long periods, enter and exit vehicles repeatedly,

lift up to 25 pounds, and work outdoors in all weather, with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Valet, parking, hospitality, or event experience is a plus but not required.
