Police Officer

This position is responsible for the enforcement of federal, state, and local laws and the protection of life and property. Minimum qualifications: High School Education, 21 years of age, United States Citizen, scores from the National Police Officer Selection Test with a 70% or higher, valid driver's license, ability to pass a background investigation and psychological testing. Non-certified applicants will need to pass a physical agility test. These standards can be located on the web at www.wlea.wyo.gov. Open until filled. EOE/ADA Entry Salary (non-certified): $63,930.23 The Evanston Police Department does have wage adjustments for lateral certified officers with experience.
