Crumbl Tyler - Baker/Mixer Crumbl Cookies in Tyler is hiring Bakers & Mixers! We’re looking for dependable, hardworking team members who can thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen. Everything at Crumbl is made fresh in-house every day, so this is a hands-on position with very little downtime. No baking experience is necessary - we’ll train you! What matters most is a strong work ethic, attention to detail, willingness to learn, and the ability to move with urgency while maintaining Crumbl's quality standards. Pay $10.90–$13.41/hour including tips Starting base wage is $7.50+ per hour plus tips, with the opportunity for a wage increase after successful completion of the initial 30-day training period. Tips vary based on sales volume, customer tipping, and store/team productivity and are not guaranteed. What You'll Do

• Read and accurately follow Crumbl recipes and production procedures
• Measure, weigh, and combine ingredients
• Operate commercial mixers and other approved kitchen equipment
• Mix and portion dough while maintaining quality and consistency
• Bake, decorate, and package cookies to Crumbl standards
• Complete quality checks throughout production
• Maintain proper food safety and sanitation standards
• Clean as you go and keep workstations organized and stocked
• Assist guests and provide excellent customer service when needed
• Help the team complete daily production accurately and on time
• Adapt quickly as flavors, recipes, production needs, and priorities change
• Complete opening, closing, cleaning, and restocking duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

• Bakers must be 16+; Mixers must be 18+
• Dependable and punctual
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to follow recipes and instructions accurately
• Comfortable receiving coaching and feedback
• Able to work independently while also contributing to a team
• Able to prioritize tasks and work with urgency
• Comfortable working in a busy, sometimes hectic kitchen environment
• Willing to clean and assist wherever the team needs help
• Basic math and computer skills
• Availability for a combination of mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is preferred
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and frequently bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to lift and move heavy ingredients and supplies, including items weighing up to approximately 50 lbs.

Schedule Crumbl Tyler is open Monday–Saturday, 8:00 AM–10:00 PM and closed Sundays. We offer both full-time and part-time positions and work with school and sports schedules when possible.

About Our Kitchen Crumbl is a gourmet open kitchen, and we make a lot of cookies every day. This is a physical, hands-on job - you'll lift bags of ingredients, work on your feet, clean, and probably get a little messy.
