What You'll Be Doing As a Residential Electrical Technician, you'll be responsible for diagnosing, servicing, and installing a variety of residential electrical systems. You'll use your technical expertise and customer service skills to deliver safe, reliable, and high-quality solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Installing electrical panel upgrades, lighting systems, EV chargers, generators, and other residential electrical equipment.
• Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing a variety of residential electrical systems.
• Following our established service system and procedures on every appointment.
• Arriving on time, maintaining accurate time records, and communicating effectively with dispatch and customer service.
• Providing customers with professional recommendations and solutions that meet their needs.
• Building lasting customer relationships through honesty, professionalism, and exceptional service.
• Maintaining a clean, organized job site and properly stocked service vehicle.
• Working independently while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and workmanship.
• Performing other related duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who takes ownership of their work and understands that quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction go hand in hand.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Journeyman Electrician License preferred, or equivalent hands-on electrical experience.
• Knowledge of residential electrical systems, building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical diagrams, instructions, and rough drawings.
• Ability to independently complete projects and service calls.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Basic mathematical skills, including measurement conversions.
• Working knowledge of wiring and cable, circuit breakers, PVC/MC conduit, generators, and related electrical components.
• Valid driver's license with no major infractions within the past five years.
• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and excellent communication skills.
