Support data governance initiatives, including standards, documentation, and process improvements.
Audit and validate data following system migrations, updates, and data corrections.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis skills.
Ability to translate complex data findings into actionable business recommendations.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
Self-starter who is comfortable working with imperfect data, investigating problems, and recommending solutions.
Interest in developing skills in advanced analytics, data modeling, automation, and AI.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with ERP platforms such as Epicor, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar systems.
