5th Grade Long-Term Substitute Teacher Erin School District | Maternity Leave Coverage | January–April 2027 The Erin School District is seeking a positive, enthusiastic, and dedicated 5th Grade Long-Term Substitute Teacher to join our team for an anticipated maternity leave beginning in January and continuing through April 2027. We are looking for an educator who is passionate about working with children, values collaboration, and is committed to creating a supportive and engaging learning environment for all students. Qualifications of a Successful Candidate • A genuine love for children and a positive attitude. • Knowledge and experience teaching math and reading. • Experience with differentiated instruction and formative assessments to meet the needs of diverse learners. • Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, colleagues, and administration. • Willingness to co-teach and support students of all ability levels. • A strong work ethic, flexibility, and a commitment to student success.
