Location: Burlingame, CA (Hybrid) or PST Remote
Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours/week
Work Arrangement: Onsite 3 days per week
Contract: 12-Month Contract
Extension: Potential for extension based on business needs and performance
Compensation: $60.68/hr W2
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Algorithm Developer to design, develop, and optimize advanced machine learning and signal processing algorithms. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, working with large datasets, and building scalable software solutions that drive meaningful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test machine learning and signal processing algorithms
- Build statistical models for classification and prediction
- Improve algorithm accuracy, efficiency, and software performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues
- Translate business and customer requirements into technical solutions
- Develop data visualization and user interface components for large datasets
- Work independently while managing multiple technical initiatives
Education & Experience Required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Strong experience developing and implementing algorithms
- Experience building machine learning models and solutions
- Experience working with large-scale data and analytical systems
