We’re Hiring: Recruiter

Epitec is looking for a driven, relationship-focused Recruiter to join our Sales & Recruiting team. This role is an opportunity to build a career in sales and recruiting while connecting talented candidates with meaningful opportunities. This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days onsite in the office in Southfield, MI. What You’ll Do

• Source qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, and other recruiting tools
• Call, screen, and interview candidates to understand their experience and strengths
• Match qualified candidates with position requirements
• Partner with Account Managers to understand hiring needs and prepare candidates for interviews
• Present employment opportunities and discuss compensation packages with candidates
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
• Develop industry knowledge, provide excellent service, and generate referrals
• Communicate effectively and contribute to a productive, inclusive environment

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing, communications, sales, or business. Minimum 3.0 GPA
• Customer-facing or customer service experience
• Previous experience in hospitality, retail, food and beverage, or a similar fast-paced environment is preferred
• Leadership experience through work, academics, or extracurricular activities
• Interest in developing a career in sales
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
• Professionalism, adaptability, and a sense of urgency
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
