Summary Encore seeks to mobilize those over the age of 55 who have entered retirement but feel the call of God to leverage their experiences, skills, and wisdom to benefit those working in the mission field. Encore moves people from retired into active service in the Kingdom of God.
Qualifications
- Experienced follower of Jesus
- Committed to the vision of Pioneers of reaching the unreached
- Willingness to share experiences and knowledge, and wise enough to know when to and when not to
- Team player who can follow the lead of someone who may be younger than your kids or grandkids
- Emotionally intelligent and biblically relevant in assisting front line workers
- Location: To be determined (TBD) based upon the needs in the field
