Requirements: - Capable of safely and proficiently operating multiple pieces of construction equipment trackhoes, backhoes, loader - Must be proficient and knowledgeable in trenching, working on slopes and in tight spaces, demolition/hydraulic hammers, and mass excavation techniques - General knowledge of the construction industry and/or environmental remediation - Ability to travel throughout Arizona and neighboring states as needed - 40-hour HAZWOPER certification preferred or an employer-paid training path will be provided - Valid drivers license - Must be dependable, motivated and have a positive attitude - Excellent leadership and communication skills - Must be able to complete reports accurately, demonstrate good attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - Safety-sensitive position subject to drug and alcohol testing, including ongoing random testing - Travel required (home on weekends) - Ability to work occasional Saturdays, if necessary We offer: - Excellent pay - Full time, permanent employment - Weekly payroll - Health benefits including vision and dental options - Employer match 401K up to 6% - Paid time off - Safe work environment - Variety of activities - Challenging projects - Company vehicle supplied with salaried position - Profit sharing - Abundant training and professional development - Opportunities for advancement
