Position Overview Entermountain Enterprises, Inc. is seeking two reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team as Full-Time Lumber Stackers. This is an entry-level position perfect for those who enjoy hands-on, physical work in a fast-paced environment. While no prior experience is required, familiarity with heavy machinery is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Manually sort, stack, and organize lumber safely and efficiently according to size, length, and grade.
• Load and unload lumber from staging areas, processing equipment, or delivery vehicles.
• Securely band, strap, or wrap lumber bundles to prepare them for transport or yard storage.
• Inspect wood for basic defects and report significant quality issues to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, clearing debris from the yard and workspace.
• Assist with other general labor and yard duties as needed.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: No prior experience required; on-the-job training will be provided.
• Physical Demands: Ability to repeatedly lift, carry, push, and pull heavy materials. Must be able to stand, bend, and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Preferred Skills: Experience safely operating a skidsteer or forklift is highly preferred, but not strictly required.
• Work Ethic: Strong attention to safety protocols, punctuality, and a team-oriented attitude.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Rate: $15.16 per hour
