Senior Product Manager

Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for critical features and experiences. Deeply understand the needs of agents, investors/owners, buyers, sellers and internal ops teams through research and data. Collaborate with design, engineering, and business teams to deliver high-quality solutions iteratively. Translate strategy into detailed requirements, specs, and success metrics. Lead discovery effortsuser research, prototyping, and validation. Develop project briefs and PRDs that balance speed with scalable thinking. Partner with sales, marketing and customer success for effective launches and adoption. Partner with Brokerage and internal ops teams to define and track product success metrics (KPIs) to drive continuous process improvement and operational efficiency. Drive alignment across stakeholdersfrom executives to frontline teams. Act as a product evangelist internally and externally.*May telecommute from any location in the United States. Minimum Requirements:Education: Bachelors degree in Business Analytics, Real Estate Management or a related field. Experience: Seven (7) years of experience in the job offered, or as a Product Manager or in a related occupation in the real estate industry. Skills: Experience with Marketplace Platform; Enterprise Software; Agile Methodologies; Go-to-Market Planning and Execution; Data Visualization Tools; Resource Planning; CRM Solutions; A/B Testing; and, working with residential real estate brokerages, agents, buyers and, sellers.
