Audit and maintain inventories of servers, workstations, software, and licenses.
Follow CM and issue-tracking processes.
Provide off-hour, on-call emergency support (on a rotating basis with team members; this is a rarity on the order of once every couple of months).
Produce internal how-tos to facilitate cross-training team members.

The salary range for this position is approximately $89,000 - 99,000/yr.

Work will be completed on-site at NOAA's Suitland, MD or College Park, MD location.
