Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager

to join our fast-paced custom automation and machine building firm

. This role owns projects from kickoff through delivery, coordinating engineering, build, and customer communication to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to specification.

You will manage automation projects incorporating robots, machine vision, and motion control systems

to solve complex manufacturing challenges across multiple industries. We value transparency, quality, and speed in how projects are executed, and the Project Manager plays a central role in driving those outcomes.

In addition to core project management responsibilities, this role requires hands-on engagement---supporting application development, coordinating shop activities, and assisting through machine build, FAT, and installation as needed. This is a high-visibility position for someone who thrives in a technical environment and enjoys seeing projects through from concept to customer acceptance.

  • Define scope boundaries and manage change orders
  • Establish internal milestones and customer deliverables
  1. Financial & Commercial Control
  • Track project budget vs estimate
  • Monitor labor hours vs estimate and flag overruns early
  • Coordinate and process change orders and billing milestones
