We're looking for someone who can reproduce a difficult product issue and work methodically toward a resolution.

As a Technical Support Engineer at Endex, you'll own technical investigations across support requests. You'll work with engineering on bugs and operational issues while giving customer-facing teams the context to communicate accurately.

  • Resolve What You Can: Apply supported fixes and validate the result with the customer team.
  • Support Incident Response: Provide technical context and timely investigation updates.
  • Prevent Repeated Incidents: Write runbooks and root-cause summaries, improve diagnostic tooling and bring recurring defects back to product engineering.

What We're Looking For

  • Coding Fundamentals: You can read code and build small tools or reproductions.
  • Clear Documentation: You leave investigation notes another engineer can act on.
  • Hands-On Troubleshooter: You can investigate authentication, permissions, networking and data-flow problems, and communicate findings to users and engineers.
