::: {automation-id="job-description"} A Production Lead oversees the production process for specific product lines. They ensure that the product is produced in accordance with all specifications, quality requirements, and in a timely manner to meet delivery schedules.

Responsibilities:

• Organize workers to meet delivery schedule
• Instruct and enforce that work procedures are followed
• Ensure product specifications are met
• Meet quality assurance standards and requirements
• Instruct how to use tools and equipment
• Identify ways to improve quality or speed of production
• Identify ways to reduce costs to build product
• Ensure that higher quantities produced do not compromise quality
• Instruct on the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Monitor safety activities of workers
• Report safety incidents
• Encourage team effort and supportive attitudes between workers
• Updating and maintaining data base and line schedules
• Other cross training or cross team duties, as assigned
