Collaboration and Innovation

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product, data, and engineering teams to clarify requirements and deliver assigned features. Communicate progress, ask questions, and use approved AI-enabled collaboration tools to support problem-solving and alignment with business needs.
Technical Development: Participate in code reviews and technical discussions, apply feedback from experienced engineers, and follow engineering best practices. Build proficiency through mentorship, hands-on development, and responsible use of AI-assisted learning and coding tools.
Continuous Improvement: Help identify recurring defects, manual tasks, and small system improvements. Implement scoped enhancements with guidance, use approved AI-assisted analysis where appropriate, and document changes that improve quality, performance, or developer productivity.
